What do YOU have to Sell ?? We offer 2 ways to Consign!

We were beyond blessed to find the perfect property in our own hometown of beautiful Locust Grove Oklahoma to conduct all of our future auction events. We've got some great auctions lining up over the next year along with some fun special events. We are currently in the process over the next couple of weeks updating this website and integrating our new online systems to bring you the best auction and consignment experience possible. You may choose to consign to our sales yard where consignments are available for immediate purchase at an agreed asking price or you may option to sell at one of our upcoming auction events. We accept consignments from businesses, municipalities, estates and private consignors. We also conduct onsite estate auctions in North Eastern Oklahoma and surrounding areas.

What do we accept on consignment you ask? The list is long but here are some examples. We accept tractors of all types & conditions, utility vehicles, campers, boats, rv's, open and enclosed trailers, light medium and heavy duty farm and ranch machinery & construction equipment, tools of all types, implements & attachments, commercial mowers, side by sides, golf course & parks maintenance equipment, transportation equipment, portable buildings, cargo containers, building supplies, hardware, hay and feeds, lumber, construction supplies, farm and agricultural supplies, trenchers, generators, concrete mixers, concrete saws, boom lifts, scissor lifts, crane trucks, scaffolding, aerial equipment, man lifts, skid steers, loader backhoes, dozers, excavators, forklifts, dump trailers, skid steer attachments, mining equipment, industrial equipment and more.

Our General Consignment Auctions are live in person auctions with no internet bidding. These are outdoor auctions and are held on the Third Saturday of every month beginning at 12:00 Noon. They feature a mix of estate items and various consignments from local businesses and individuals. These sales are fast paced and alotta fun. You never know what treasures you will find. These sales usually have some great boxed lots full of cool stuff too. Buyers also save money at these sales with our no buyers fee policy and a relatively low county sales tax rate of only 5.88 percent on taxable items. Consignments for the monthly auction must be brought to the auction grounds lo later than 10 AM on sale day.

We accept consignments daily onsite Tuesday – Friday from 10 am - 6 pm (except holidays). After-hours appointments are also available.

Consign with us and take advantage of our 25 plus years of auction and equipment experience. We are a local, family-owned and operated business with a passion for iron. We offer no buyer premiums and low commissions for consignors which makes our auction and consignment yard a go to place to buy, sell and barter. Reasonable reserves are accepted on certain items. Consignment Rates:

$1 to $500 = 25% commission

$501 to $1,000 = 20% commission

$1,001 to $2,000 = 15% commission

$2,001 to $6,995 = 10% commission

ANY “Item” or “Lot” that sells for $6,996 or higher will be charged a flat rate commission of only $695.00

Estate Liquidation Auction in Jay Oklahoma

Saturday December 16th 2023 beginning at 12:00 NOON

We will not be holding a general consignment auction at our location in December. Instead we will be bringing you a special estate liquidation sale to be held at 40082 CR 591 Jay, OK 74346. The sale begins at high noon and will feature the contents of a commercial movie set town. There are many cool vintage items and antiques actually used in a movie shoot. This sale also features all contents from a commercial kitchen and dining hall. This sale will have a little something for everybody. Everything will be sold to the highest bidder with no reserves. Grab a friend and come enjoy an afternoon of good times and great deals.
